Reserve Your Spot

Pendleton Auto Repair Coop is a volunteer-run vehicle-care ministry of Pendleton Seventh-day Adventist Church. Tell us about your vehicle and we’ll coordinate a spot at the next service day.

No service days are currently scheduled. Join the waiting list → so Brendon knows what your vehicle needs — the waiting list is what we use to decide when to schedule the next service day.

Please give us either your VIN or your license plate — one of the two is all we need so our volunteers can order the right parts. The VIN is on your dashboard by the windshield or inside the driver’s door jamb.

You’re on the list.

Thanks. Brendon will reach out with a confirmed service-day spot.

What happens after I reserve?

After you submit the form you’ll get an email confirmation. About 24 hours before your slot we send a reminder. If something comes up, reply to that email and we’ll reschedule.

Where do I go?

Drive into the Pendleton Seventh-day Adventist Church parking lot at 1401 SW Goodwin Pl, Pendleton, OR 97801 at your scheduled time. Brendon (or another team lead) will meet you, confirm your name, and walk you through what we’re going to look at.

What should I bring?

  • Your vehicle’s registration, or any document with the VIN handy
  • A description of what’s wrong — you told us at signup, just refresh us
  • A spare hour or two: most service-day jobs (oil changes, brake inspections, fluid top-offs, lights, wipers, battery checks) take 30 to 90 minutes

Is it really free?

Yes. Labor is free. Most common parts (oil, filters, wipers, bulbs) come from our donation-funded parts cabinet. If your repair needs a specialty part we don’t stock, we’ll talk with you before ordering anything. The coop is open to anyone in the Pendleton community — there is no church membership requirement.

What if I can’t make it?

Just let us know. Email mmbkgriffin@gmail.com or call/text Brendon at (918) 510-7722. The earlier you cancel, the easier it is to fill the slot for someone else on the waiting list. More detail is on the What to Expect and FAQ pages.
